Miami Management, Inc was founded by Guillermo Cancio-Bello and partner Eduardo Gonzalez in August of 1988. Over 19 years, Miami Management has grown from the full service management of two Associations, to the management and maintenance of over 500 Associations consisting of more than 64,383 unit owner accounts. Upon the conception in 1988, Miami Management hired the consulting, services of KPMG Mitchell & Company to evaluate design and help implement the best possible property management organization in the industry. KPMG carefully evaluated, selected and helped implement our computer network, application software and overall operational infrastructure, which would enable Miami Management to provide unparalleled customer service. The detailed integration of technology, carefully selected employees and experienced management, have paved the way for Miami Management to become one of the largest property management companies in Florida.
