experience in dealing with the operation and management
of Condominiums and Homeowner Associations
- Implementation
and enforcement of the Community Documents
- Rules
and Regulations Property inspections
- Monthly
management reports and recommendations
- Requested
proposals and bids are solicited and presented
- Assist
the Board of Directors in negotiations of contracts and
supervision of independent contractors
- Emergency
contacts 24 hours and 7 days a week
- Attendance
at Board Meetings
- Assist
the Board of Directors in the preparation of Annual operating
budget and reserves

of Association files, residents/lessee's, legal documents,
correspondence
