Commercial properties are legally recorded as Condominiums, and therefore treated in the same overall fashion. Due to the fact that their purpose is not intended to be for residential use, Commercial properties may be governed under a different administrative statutory code than are standard residential condominiums. The condominium documents that govern each particular commercial property dictate the use restrictions for each of these, and in most cases they limit the type of commerce that may take place within the property.
