EXECUTIVE PROFILES

Vicky Valdés

Corporate Accounting Controller

A Miami native, Mrs. Valdes attended Florida International University where she acquired a BA in Accounting, and later in 1992, she proceeded to attain an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Upon entering the workforce, Mrs. Valdes joined the multinational company Northern Telecom, where she fulfilled her duties as a financial analyst. Miami Management welcomed the expertise and leadership of Mrs. Valdes In 1994, when she was assigned the title of Controller for the company's accounting department. Her drive and ambition for accomplishment led her to immediately take on the task of implementing, and continuously renovating, the company's accounting software. On a daily basis, Mrs. Valdes oversees over 50 employees, in order to assure that the accounting activities for all of their assigned Associations are running accurately. In addition to this, Mrs. Valdes is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company.

Bonnie Hallin

Payroll & Administration

A native of Miami, Ms. Hallin previously worked in the mortgage division for Chase Federal in Kendall and then as a paralegal in a law firm in downtown Miami. She has been in the property management industry since 1982 and has been with Miami Management since its establishment in August of 1988. Ms. Hallin is currently in charge of the payroll division for the entire organization as well as other payroll related functions. Ms. Hallin also serves as the assistant to the President, Guillermo Cancio-Bello.

Martha Reidy

Vice-President (Miami-Dade County Division)

A Miami resident since 1972, Martha Reidy attended the University of Miami where she majored in Sociology. In keeping with her background in the study of social human behavior, she pursued an interactive-type of career that would allow her to exercise her proficiency in such. In her pursuit, she attained her Community-Association-Manager state license, and in 1983 joined a full service management and maintenance company as an onsite assistant property manager. Soon after her induction into the property management industry, Mrs. Reidy was promoted, and became the onsite property manager for a 1,400 unit residential community. In 1986, she moved on to the next challenging phase of property management by becoming a roving property manager.

Then, in 1988, Mrs. Reidy joined the Miami Management team as a roving property manager, and proving to be nothing short of an asset to the company, she was promoted in 1993 to take the position of Director of Property Management. An overachiever to say the least, her position was once again elevated in 1996, as she acquired the title of Dade County Division Manager. Most recently in 2000, she was promoted to Vice-president of the Miami-Dade Division.

Mrs. Reidy has been an intricate part of Miami Management's organization and growth. In addition to establishing and implementing policies and procedures, Mrs. Reidy oversees the Miami Division, where she enacts an active role in budget preparation for all of the properties that the Division administers. While overseeing the Miami Division, Mrs. Reidy remains a very hands-on leader by continuing to manage portfolio properties of her own.

Patrizia Quattropani

Division Manager (Miami-Dade County Division)

Patrizia Quattropani has been a part of the Miami Management family since June 1999. She started out as a Manager trainee, and a few short months later, her perseverance helped her to attain her Community Association Manager state license. Immediately thereafter, she was promoted to take a position as a Community Association Manager. Her desire to take on multiple challenges and to achieve nothing short of excellence paved the way for her 2003 promotion to Senior Manager/Team leader. Then, in late 2005, her position was elevated to Miami-Dade Division Manager, which is the position she currently holds today.

Prior to her commencement with Miami Management, Ms. Quattropani held over 10 years of experience in real estate, where she partnered as an investor and handled dealings with commercial and residential type properties. Ms. Quattropani's expertise was not limited to the purchasing aspect of real estate, as she handled the management and transformation aspects as well, for the sake of producing high revenue from each investment with the goal of executing successful and profitable sales. This experience has clearly enabled her to continue to grow in the management field.

Antonio Valdés

Division Manager (North Miami Division)

Mr. Valdes has been a part of the Miami Management team since 1994. He began as a roving property manager and in June 2001 his position was elevated to Division Manager. He is responsible for managing the North Miami Division, as well as for marketing, and sales.

Joann Russo

Division Manager (High-Rise Division)

Born in Queens, New York, Ms. Russo attended school in Long Island and graduated from Suffolk Community College with an Associates Degree in Banking, Insurance and Real Estate.

In 1979 Ms. Russo relocated to South Florida, where she worked alongside her husband in various business ventures. Her entrepreneurship abilities were evident amidst the success of All American Ice; a manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice products.

Mrs. Russo transitioned into the property management industry in 1999 when she joined Miami Management. With her highly motivated and energetic personality, she has worked her way within the company and now serves as the High-Rise Condominium Division Manager. Her current responsibility includes supervision of the High-Rise Division and onsite management offices, oversees over 155 employees as well as marketing, sales and association transitions services.

Rad Diaz

Vice-President (Broward County Division)

Rad joined Miami Management in 1988 and has served as the Broward Division V.P. since 2000. He earned a BA in Business Administration with a Major in International Business Management from Florida International University.

Nancy DeFazio

Director of Operations (Broward County Division)

Ms. DeFazio has been in Operations Management for over 20 years, including operating her own business. She joined the Miami Management team in 2003 and became Director of Operations for the Broward Division. As a member of Rotary Club International for over 10 years, Ms. DeFazio served on the Board of Directors in the Weston chapter for several years. She is also a Dale Carnegie graduate and currently assists in teaching the Dale Carnegie course.

Cathie Carr

Vice-President (Palm Beach Division)

A Miami resident since 1972, Ms. Carr attended Miami-Dade College and Florida International University and earned a double major in Business Administration and Accounting. In 1983 Ms. Carr joined a full service management company, and shortly thereafter became an on-site property manager. She then became a roving manager and was promoted to the Director of Property Management, a position she held until 1991. Ms. Carr then joined Miami Management Inc. in 1991, and in March 1997 she opened our office in Palm Beach County (MMI of the Palm Beaches), where we have enjoyed continued success with a specialty in luxury high-rise condominiums and country club communities in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. In 2000, Ms. Carr was promoted to Vice-president of the Palm Beach Division. She currently has additional responsibilities, which include a variety of legal, insurance and corporate functions, as well as educating our staff in the continual changes to state laws, and expanding our client base.
