Front Desk / Access Control Associates are an integral part of the management team. They offer front line management representation 24 hours a day and their duties include:
- Attending resident needs
- Meeting, greeting and announcing all visitors
- Monitoring surveillance cameras
- Preparing shift logs
- Completing incident reports
- Completing information reports
- Receiving, logging and notifying residents of packages
- Identifying contractors and vendors, and controlling their access to the property
Consequently, our management team entity has the most interaction with both residents and visitors. Qualified Associates are trained on-site in order to ensure that they are attuned to the needs of their assigned property. Training is founded upon the Position Orders which are based on law, rules and procedures of the individual property and the cumulative experience obtained in the management of multiple properties for many years. Supervisory visits are documented and unannounced during all shifts.
