High-Rises are tall buildings, or structures, that are used as residential and/or office buildings. Many times they are referred to as multi-dwelling units, and given this description, it comes to no surprise that they too are legally recorded as Condominiums. High-Rises have the tendency of accommodating their residents, more so than any other type of multi-dwelling complex. In many cases, High-Rises require a larger onsite staff: From front desk personnel, and maintenance and janitorial crew, to onsite property manager and building engineer; High-Rises require around-the-clock-care and supervision, as to assure that their day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
