Miami Management, Inc. was founded in August of 1988 by merit of Guillermo Cancio-Bello's and Eduardo Gonzalez's vision to produce a successful full-service management company; one that would undoubtedly set a new industry standard.
For over 22 years, Miami Management, Inc. has grown from the management of two associations, to the full service management and maintenance company that it is today, with a portfolio of over 330 associations, consisting of more than 50,000 individual unit/home owner accounts.
Upon its industry debut in 1988, Miami Management hired the expert consulting services of KPMG Mitchell & Company to evaluate, design and to help implement the best possible property management foundation in the industry. KPMG carefully examined, selected and helped actualize the computer network system, the application software, and the overall operational infrastructure that would enable Miami Management the ability to provide the unparalleled customer service that continues to distinguish our company from the rest. The detailed integration of technology, carefully selected employees and the experienced management personnel have all served as essential factors in paving the way for Miami Management to become what is now one of the largest property management companies in the state of Florida.

Miami Management, Inc. is the largest privately owned property management company in the state of Florida. We have been a dominant force in the field, and we credit the longevity of our success to a strong foundation that incorporates not only customer satisfaction, but also the satisfaction of our employees. Many of our employees have been with us for over a decade, and still many have been members of our team since the 1988 inauguration. From the beginning, the founders of Miami Management understood that the key to operating a successful customer service oriented business was to provide a comfortable, productive and overall positive atmosphere for their employees, so that they in turn could render the same to our clients.

Peace of Mind
Miami Management grants its Associations peace of mind with our 30-day no-cause service agreement policy. We operate each of our Associations under a flexible contract that allows our clients the freedom to withdraw from a service agreement by way of a 30-day anticipated notice; no reasons required, no questions asked. We are confident that we have the capacity to not only meet your Association's needs, but also to surpass the standards of what you believe a management company should be able to accomplish. We attribute this to our company's "100% Honesty" policy, as it has proven to be effective throughout the years, and rightfully so, it awards us the luxury to rely our business solely on our performance.
